Location is probably one of the nice features of the hotel (near Munchen HBF). A tram stop very near it. Coin laundry about 8 minutes away. Small fridge with welcome glass bottled water for the number of guests. Slippers, robes and kettle available upon request. Regular cleaning. We faced Bayerstraße on the second floor, and the noise was tolerable, and not really loud, with windows closed. We heard the tram noise/emergency loudly when we opened the window. It's actually a nice tilting door with good insulation, able to seal out as much noise as possible. We did not hear our neighbors, even above us. I guess really good wall noise insulation. Check-in and check-out were simple, but there's only one receptionist. There was a wait when we arrived due to an earlier person. Receptionists spoke/understood English. Easy to request for shampoo/body wash refill. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and sofa bed. Sofa bed was also comfortable. It's not hard. The breakfast is excellent! Where are they getting all those fresh breads? Probably 4 different kinds of juices, still and sparkling waters in glass pitchers. 2 fancy coffee machines, drip coffee, chilled wine, tea packets. Different fresh fruits. Cheesecake. Honey, nutella. At least 5 different kinds of breads. 3 types of ready-made waffle. toaster. 3 types of cereals. 5 types of cold cuts. raw salmon. sliced tomato/cucumber. Cheese, yoghurt, sliced butter, sliced fruit medley. Boiled egg, scrambled egg, made-to-order egg (we did not try), something like hashbrown potato. bacon (a bit salty), meatballs, turkey sausage and another sausage (really like this). Several condiments, even Babybel cheese. Ample seating, but it's best you come in early. Dining area attendants seemed friendly and understood English, but not all could speak English. They would greet you in German. You also had to tell them your room number.

It conveniently located. It is considered located centrally to the shopping belt where you can find most things. There are trams right outside of the hotel where you can go directly or switch to other transport modes easily.

Really good location. Close to city centre but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Everything accessible by foot from the hotel. We chose this hotel as it was close to transport links and were doing a day trip to Stuttgart. Breakfast was delicious with lots on offer (including Prosecco!) a range of hot and cold food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and room were a good size and everything was clean. Rooms come with shampoo, body wash, hand wash and hand cream. Our room had two large windows on 2 different walls which was really nice. The rooms were slightly warmer than we are used to however the windows did open which helped a lot. Room had a desk, mini fridge and a good amount of storage with a full length mirror. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Munich

The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, the central train station is a 5-10 minute walk away, if desired, you can reach the centre can be reached by 20 minutes on foot, it has a nice breakfast, there is a Turkish restaurant right next to the hotel or if desired, there is an Italian restaurant of the hotel for dinner. The employees are ready to help with regards, the family room was very well designed, we wanted to travel a little more after check-out, they kept our suitcases for free, we would also like to thank the brunette gentleman in the welcome area and the lady with glasses, if we come back to the munich, the hotel is clear.

The car parking was confusing. Map given to be able to find the carpark is in German so we couldn’t read it! They give you a pass to park the car but you have to return it once you’ve parked your car but then you need to get the pass from them again to get out of the car park. Very limited parking out the front so this process was painful and if you were wanting to use your car during your stay this would not work. Thankfully we just parked our car and left it there until our check out. Outside the car parking great place very clean, comfortable and great breakfast buffet

Excellent location next to the main Munich train station (a 5 minute walk and you're on platforms 5-10), also local public transit has a tram running every 4 minutes that picks up at the corner next to the hotel and made getting around extremely easy! The 18 and 19 tram lines connected to many major spots in the city, and we could transfer to another tram or U line to get anywhere we needed to go. The hotel is 2 blocks from where Octoberfest and the Tollwood Winter Fest are held. A couple decent restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic - so many options and everything was fresh. The rooms had mini splits which made the heat control very easy. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, loved the rainfall shower, very clean! The hairdryer is very helpful for the cold weather. Loved the shampoo and lotion scents. All the staff were lovely. Wish I was still there!

Stayed here weekend with friend over from UK, ideal location as a few minutes to Hbf. Very friendly & helpful reception staff (I was delayed arriving & they helped letting my friend get checked-in). Room was spacious, clean, comfortable & not noisy even with tram outside, was also nice having fridge in the room & being able to open room window., Breakfast was very good, plenty of fresh hot & cold options, but....

We liked the location near the Hauptbahnhof in Munich. The room was well equipped and the beds were comfortable., in spite of the fact that we were suffering from jet lag. The breakfast would appeal to travellers from many countries. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel was practical for visiting many museums and the altstadt. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel. And an Italian restaurant is connected to the hotel; in addition, there are other restaurants nearby.

great location. Transportation: easy walk to the Höckebrucke train stop and 16/17 tram stop- which takes you to Nymphenburg Palace in about 15 minutes, or about 10 minute walk to the big train station, Hauptbahnhof(Hbf). On the 19 tram line which can take you to the Hbf in minutes or to old town. Area: we booked this place because it was in a less overcrowded touristy area, quieter at night, and had secure parking. the breakfast was great! we never ate dinner there. Also a nice cafe two doors down. Reception: very friendly. great with kids. everyone spoke English but helped me with my German. helped me understand the local transportation app and parking. wish we were coming back here for Oktoberfest as it is SO close to the festival grounds!!

Reasonably convenient location. About a half hour walk into old town. 10 min walk to a main train station and 15-20min walk to Munich’s main interchange. Tram ran right outside. It was quite noisy on the street with cars, trams, sirens etc but the windows were very very good at keeping the noise out. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were pretty standard hotel rooms. The only bad part were the pillows. They were tragic! Breakfast was worth the extra. Little shop a few doors down for snacks, drinks etc.
